Retail Innovation and Changing Consumer Expectations
Main Article Content
Abstract
This study explores retail innovation and changing consumer expectations through a multidimensional commerce perspective. It addresses the relationship between business decisions, changing markets, stakeholder behaviour and the institutional environment, with particular attention to Indian conditions. The discussion considers emerging opportunities and practical constraints while indicating areas for
continued research and responsible management. The analysis of Retail Innovation and Changing Consumer Expectations also recognises that commercial change creates both possibilities and implementation questions. Opportunities related to efficiency, customer engagement, innovation and market development need to be considered alongside organisational readiness, resource constraints and responsible management.
