Social Media Marketing and Brand Engagement
Main Article Content
Abstract
This study explores social media marketing and brand engagement through a multidimensional commerce perspective. It addresses the relationship between business decisions, changing markets, stakeholder behaviour and the institutional environment, with particular attention to Indian conditions. The discussion considers emerging opportunities and practical constraints while indicating areas for continued research and responsible management. The analysis of Social Media Marketing and Brand Engagement also recognises that commercial change creates both possibilities and implementation questions.
